Weeds/rank VEGETATION
Indiana Code 15-16-8 charges the trustee with destroying Detrimental/Noxious weeds and Rank Vegetation within their township. Rank Vegetation is defined as vegetation in residential areas that is 12 inches or taller. Guidelines for property inspections and notification to proper owner are set within the law.
